GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL PROCEDURE
SLOGR has always focused on providing an enjoyable, safe, and reliable experience to all User(s) of our mobile application and website. We strongly believe that freedom of expression comes with the responsibility to adopt robust standards for the content we offer to our User(s).
To ensure this, we have proactively set up an internal review mechanism that monitors all content to ensure it complies with the applicable laws of the land and aligns with globally accepted digital standards.
If any User(s) wishes to register a complaint with respect to the content made available on the SLOGR Platform, or with respect to any breach of our Privacy Policy / Terms of Use, the complaint should clearly state the following to enable us to take cognizance of your grievance and take necessary remedial measures:
(i) Full Name of the Complainant.
(ii) Postal Address, Email ID, and Contact Number of the Complainant.
(iii) Necessary details regarding any content of the matches, tournaments, players, news, etc., and/or any other relevant information as seen on the SLOGR Platform, or details regarding the breach of the Privacy Policy / Terms of Use.
(iv) Necessary & concise details of the complaint/grievance.
Any complaints, grievances, or concerns regarding content or policy breaches must be immediately reported to our designated Grievance Officer in writing or through email (signed with an electronic or physical signature). Please send your grievances to:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPR) INFRINGEMENT COMPLAINTS
PLEASE NOTE: In case of any complaint raised against us regarding the infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights as per applicable laws, complainants are requested to provide the additional information and documents mentioned below. Subject to the receipt of these documents, SLOGR will take the necessary remedial steps:
(i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the alleged IPR owner for the purposes of the complaint.
(ii) Exact identification of the IPR work claimed to have been infringed.
(iii) Exact identification of the relevant material on the SLOGR Platform that is claimed to have been infringed or to be the subject of infringing activity.
(iv) An affidavit declaring that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the IPR owner, its agent, or is not otherwise permissible under the law.
(v) An affidavit, under penalty of perjury, declaring that the information in the notice of IPR infringement is accurate, and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the true owner of the IPR right that is allegedly infringed.
